日本立命館大學春季碩士交換學生入學計畫
(Dual Master’s Degree Program of Ritsumeikan University)
以下是立命館大學 2023年第1學期交換生的招生及申請程序。這些交換生不打算獲得學位，而是在立命館大學國際關係研究院進行學習及研究，非尋求學位的學生。
The following outlines Ritsumeikan University’s recruiting and application procedures for 2023 NCCU semester exchange students who do not intend to acquire a degree, but rather intend to conduct study/research at Graduate School of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University as visiting, nondegree-seeking students.
一、就讀期間Program Period：
自2023年秋季(9月)開始，一學期
From 2023 sep, one semester.
二、資格要求Eligibility Requirements
申請人必須滿足以下(1)~(3)所有標準。申請以英語為基礎課程的學生必需滿足(4)點要求，申請以日文為基礎課程的學生也需要滿足(5)之要求。
Applicants must satisfy all of the following criteria (1) to (3). Applicants for English-based programs need to satisfy (4) and applicants for Japanese-based program need to satisfy (5) as well.
(1) 本院目前註冊之碩士生。
Students who are currently enrolled in the Master’s program of the College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University
(2) 依據本院與立命館大學所簽訂之雙碩士協議之薦送生。
Students who obtained a recommendation from the partner university based on Dual Master’s Degree Program Agreement signed between College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University, and Ritsumeikan University.
(3) 4分制之GPA成績必須達到3.0或以上。
Students whose cumulative GPA is 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale in their undergraduate program.
(4)參加英文為基礎課程之學生需有TOEFL iBT® 80或 IELTSTM 6.0的成績證明。
Students who have a TOEFL iBT® Test score of 80 or IELTSTM of 6.0, if they choose to belong to English-based program.
(5)參加日語為基礎課程的學生需有日本語能力試驗（JLPT）N1的成績證明。
Students who pass level N1 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) if they choose to belong to Japanese-based program.

四、本院甄選流程OCIA Screening Application Procedure：
截止日前繳交申請文件至院辦公室Submit application documents to the OICA by given deadlines.
本院召集教師組成甄選委員會進行書面審查CIA committee evaluate applicants’ documents.
本院通知薦送學生Email notification of results to qualified students.
本院向雙聯締約學校提名薦送學生後，由本院或薦送同學自行連絡締約學校與提供申請資料After OCIA nominate qualified students to Ritsumeikan University, OCIA or students proceed with following liaison and document provision.
五、本院甄選結果Notification of Results：
4月14日前將以電子郵件通知
Email notification by April 14.
本院薦送並不代表已取得締約學校就學資格，能否錄取該校就學資格最終取決於締約學校之審核結果。若有不符合協議中所註明之申請條件，本院有權取消該薦送資格。
Nomination by OCIA does not guarantee admission to partner institutes. Admission is subject to the host school’s decision. If anything violates application conditions given in the agreement of dual degree programs, OCIA is entitled to withdraw the nomination.
六、立大甄選方式 Ritsumeikan University Screening Method
錄取條件是基於申請者所提交的所有文件。
Admission will be based upon screening all submitted documents.
必要時，申請者有可能會需要接受電話或郵件面試。
Applicants may have phone/mail interviews or be interviewed if necessary.
七、立大申請日程Ritsumeikan University Application Period
2023 年 5月 18 日 - 2023 年 6月 1日
May 18, 2023 -, June 1, 2023
薦送生必須使用國際快遞將文件寄至日本立命館大學國際關係研究所，只接受在截止日期前蓋上郵戳的申請。
Applications must be sent by registered express mail to the Administrative Office of the College of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University. Only applications postmarked by the due date will be accepted.

八、立大甄選結果Notification of Results

*交換生於立命館大學享有一學期學費之互惠。
Ritsumeikan University offers reciprocity of tuition for one semester only.
*立命館大學雙聯學位與交換計畫每年度共享5位名額之薦送，薦送人數將依照當學期提出甄選申請人數調整。Ritsumeikan University’s dual degree and exchange program share the quota of 5 students per academic year. The number of nominations is subject to the number of applications in any given semester.
