CIA undergraduates students who have good command of English and enrolled more than one ACY.

 

Hokkaido University

One or two semesters

 

CIA undergraduates and graduate students who have enrolled more than one ACY. Language requirements are Japanese Language Test Level 2 for bachelor, Level 1 for master.

 

Graduate School of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University

1-5

 

One semester

 

 

CIA currently enrolled graduate students with GPA 3.0 or higher in their undergraduate program. Language requirement is subject to programs at host instituted.

 

Korea University

1-3

One or two semesters

 

CIA undergraduate students who have good command of English or Korean, have enrolled more than one ACY and with at least GPA2.5

 

University of Kentucky

1-2

One or two semesters

 

CIA graduates who have enrolled more than one ACY; English proficiency TOEFL ITP 550, CBT 213 or iBT79, or IELTS 6.5 or above.

 

Program C, D, E

Kanazawa University

1-3

 

One or two semesters

 

CIA 2-year undergraduates or above and graduate students are eligible for Program C; 3-year undergraduates or above and graduate students are eligible for Program D and E.

 

 

Screening & Application Procedure

1. Submit application documents to the OICA by given deadlines.

2.CIA committee evaluate applicants’ documents.

3.  Email notification of results to qualified student.

4.After OCIA nominate qualified students to exchange schools, OCIA or students proceed with following liaison and document provision.

**Nomination by OCIA does not guarantee admission to exchange schools. Admission is subject to partner schools’ evaluation. If anything violates application conditions given in agreements of exchange programs, OCIA is entitled to withdraw nomination.
