Introduction
  Cross-strait relations are the crucial issues of the academia. With the progress of “reform and open” policy, it brings growth of gross national income, expansion of foreign trade and prosperity of rural economy during the two decades. China plays an important role in world economy, especially after East Asian financial crisis of 1997. The economic situation promotes rapid development of cross-strait economic relations, and makes the economy between Taiwan and China interdependent.

  There are the crucial issues discussed when China transferred planned economy into market economy. As economic globalization and Regional economy integration become the trend, how to cooperate between cross-strait to increase the international competency becomes the more important topic. The economic cooperation and communication between cross-strait is a good opportunity for further cooperation. Center of Cross-Straits Political and Economic Affairs established for understanding and communication of cross-strait economic relations cooperates to hold forums with WEALTH MAGAZINE.
