全球局勢瞬息萬變，當前世界正處於地緣政治動盪、經濟不確定性以及戰略性競爭日益加劇的時代。有鑑於歐洲與印太關鍵區域的重要性，比以往任何時刻都更加顯著，意見與觀點的交流成為促進合作與發展的必要途徑。本次研討會「全球時局變動下的歐洲與印太地區」志在提供深入探討當代國際事務中關鍵議題之場域。我們誠摯歡迎學者專家與學生蒞臨，與來自世界各地的傑出講者進行熱烈交流，針對安全、衝突、發展與對外關係等面向，共同探討當前世界面臨的挑戰。

3. 若僅報名上午場者，得於上午場結束後領取餐點；僅報名下午場且有登記便當者，請於12:30前至本會報到完畢並領取餐點。

In the rapidly shifting global landscape, the current world navigates an era marked by geopolitical turmoils, economic uncertainties, and strategic competition. With Europe and the Indo-Pacific becoming more crucial than ever, the exchange of ideas and perspectives regarding developments in and dynamics between the two regions is a must for fostering cooperation and evolution.  

This conference, themed "Europe and the Indo-Pacific in a Changing Global Landscape", serves as a platform for engaging with critical issues shaping international affairs. We welcome all scholars and students to vibrant discussions, featuring speakers from around the world, on issues relating to security, conflict, development, and foreign relations against the backdrop of global challenges.

1. To access the conference, NCCU students and faculty members should bring student/employee ID cards.

2. The registration list will be based on the official NCCU registration system. Lunch vouchers will be distributed upon check-in. 

3. Lunch will be distributed after the morning session. Those who only registered for the afternoon session and applied for lunches should complete check-in and collect their lunch before 12:30 pm.
