巴西聖保羅國際關係學院交換計畫

(Short-Term Exchange Program of School of International Relations, Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo, Brasil)

一、交換期間Program Period：

交換時間 - （半年）

[秋季入學] 2023 年 8 月 - 2024 年 12月（第2學期）

Period of stay is as follows: (half a year) [Fall Admission] August 2023 - December 2024

交換時間 - （一年）

[秋季入學] 2023 年 8 月 - 2024 年 6 月（第 2、1學期）

Length of Stay - (one year) [Fall Admission] August 2023 - June 2024 (Terms 2&1)

二、交換資格qualifications：

交換期間須為學士生身分(對方只收大學部) (only for undergraduate students)

基礎葡萄牙文及流利英文（提供之課程大部分為葡語授課，僅少數英語授課）

備有葡語等級考試（CAPLE）佳或英檢有利證明 (fluent in Portuguese or English)

三、院內甄選時間規劃selection：

薦送名額：2~3名

申請時間：即日起可收件至2023年3月24日17:00止

審查時間：2023年3月27日(一)~ 2023年3月30日(四)

院內甄選結果公告：2023年3月31日前

四、甄選與後續申請流程Screening & Application Procedure：

截止日前繳交申請文件至院辦公室

Please submit the application documents to OICA by given deadlines.

本院召集教師組成甄選委員會進行書面審查

CIA committee would evaluate the applicants’ documents.

本院預計於2023/03/31通知薦送學生

OCIA would send emails with notification of results of qualified student on March 31 of 2023.

本院向交換計畫學校提名薦送學生後，本院將提供薦送同學上傳申請文件之連結，須由薦送同學自行連絡交換學校與提供申請資料

After OCIA’s nomination of qualified students to the schools for the exchange programs, OCIA would provide a link to upload of the required documents for application, the nominated students proceed with following liaison and document provision.

**本院薦送並不代表已取得該校就學資格，能否錄取該校就學資格最終取決於對方之審核結果。若有不符合協議中所註明之申請條件，本院有權取消該薦送資格。

Nomination by OCIA does not guarantee admission to exchange schools. Admission is subject to partner schools’ evaluation. If anything violates application conditions given in agreements of exchange programs, OCIA is entitled to withdraw nomination.

在學證明一份 One certificate of Enrollment

歷年英文成績單正本一份 One original copy of English transcript

英語檢定證明影本一份 One Certificate of English Proficiency

個人自傳一份 One biography  (建議英文)

讀書計畫一份 One study plan (建議英文)

六、巴西聖保羅國際關係學院甄選結果Notification of Results：

將於2023年3月31公告

Notification through website in March/31, 2023.
