CIA研究室退租與鑰匙歸還Move-Out and Key Returns

1.      座位退租無特定手續,請自行於9/20前搬出完畢,逾期後經公告一周仍無人認領,院辦公室得逕行清除該物品且不負保管責任。

No specific procedure for moving out. Please move out all personal belongings before September 20. After then, the remaining things will be put in lost-and-found for one week and at the disposal of OCIA.

2.      鑰匙歸還將退還押金100元。若因故不克前來辦理的同學,可請人代辦並領取押金。OCIA reimburses NT100 key deposit after receiving your key. If you cannot return in person, please ask a proxy to come.

 

CIA研究室座位申請Application for Seats in CIA Research Rooms

為簡便流程,本學期採用網路填表申請,擬申請研究室同學請於9/2前線上填寫表單

請注意,研究室分配辦法已於1085月經院務會議審議通過新版本,主要變更如下:

1.      研究室使用期限從一學期延長為一年。

2.      研究室使用優先權分配,納入資格考與論文大綱為條件。

3.      正式規範委託選為與代辦申請之資格與辦法。

CIA研究室申請辦法Application Regulations

 

一、分配優先辦法 Priority Policy

1.      博士生優先使用研究室,並以通過資格考之申請人為優先。若有剩餘座位,開放研究生選位。

2.      碩士生以通過論文大綱者為優先,再來以年級高低依序分配。(如通過論文大綱的碩二生優先於未通過大綱之碩三生)。

3.      未曾獲配者為優先,依序分配(如獲配一次優先於獲配兩次)。

4.      依此順序分配而空間仍有不足時,採抽籤方式決定。

 

1.      Doctoral students who already pass qualification test, have the top priority for the first run, and then general doctoral students have the 2nd-priority. Spare seats will be released for master's students.

2.      Master’s students who pass proposal defense have 3rd priority. For the rest of master’s students, priority is subject to grade years from high to low.

3.      Students who never obtain research rooms have priority.

4.      In the case that the number of people with priority are more than the number of seats, the office will conduct a drawing of priority allocation.

 

二、申請分配程序 Application & Allocation Procedure

 

1.      9/2 () 11:59 以前線上填寫表單。表單將於9/2 11:59PM 關閉,請務必在期限前申請。

2.      9/9 () 12:00 公布第一階段名單(按照分配優先辦法)於國務院網站。

3.      9/9 () 12:00 - 9/11() 17:00 請名單上同學至11樓院辦公室選位。

4.      9/12 () 12:00第二階段電腦座位分配公告。

第一階段未現身抽籤選位的人,將自動以電腦亂數抽籤。此階段不再有優先順序,所有剩餘申請人機率相等。

5.      9/9 () - 9/20 () 9:00-12:00/14:00-17:00  繳費、領取鑰匙密碼與搬遷 
請至https://moltke.nccu.edu.tw/sturegcert_SSO/列印當學期在學證明,與全學年清潔費200元一同繳交至國際事務學院辦理租借手續,完成後便可開始搬遷。租借置物櫃鑰匙另需押金100元。

6.      未於9/20 ()前內完成租借手續,位子將自動取消,並開始遞補。

 

 

1.      9/2(Mon) 23:59: Online application is due on 9/2 11:59PM. Please submit before the deadline.

2.      9/9 (Mon) 12:00: Announcement for the list of first phase (according to priority policy) on OCIA website.

3.      9/9 (Mon) 12:00 - 9/11 (Wed) 17:00: Applicants on the list of first phase please come to OCIA on 11F for seat selection.

4.      9/12 (Thu) 12:00: Results of 2nd Phase Allocation Announcement (if spare seats)
Absent applicants from the first phase will be put into the random selection by computer. No priority in this phase; equal probability for all.

5.      9/9(Mon) - 9/20 (Wed) 9:00-12:00/14:00-17:00: Payment, collecting key/code, and move-in

Please print Certificate of Enrollment (https://moltke.nccu.edu.tw/sturegcert_SSO/) and submit it with cleaning fee NT200 to OCIA for renting procedure, then you can start move-in. Deposit NT100 for drawer key if applicable.

6.      If not completing renting procedure by 9/20, your seats will be released for applicants on the waiting list.

 


三、有條件式代抽規定Conditional Proxy

若是因公務/留學交換/實習等原因而不便本人前來辦理,煩請於9/9前以電子郵件提供佐證文件與受託人姓名,逾期恕不同意委託選位。證明文件可為邀請函/實習證明/機票等。請受託人攜帶學生證來辦公室參加第一次階段選位即可。

If you cannot attend the first drawing because of duties/internship/exchange or study abroad, please email the proof documents and proxy’s name before September 9. The proof documents can be official invitations, certificate of internship or e-tickets. Your proxy need to bring his/her student ID to attend the first drawing on behalf of you.

 

四、其他注意事項 Others
1. 請勿更換位子或出借他人使用,日後若有爭議請自負全責。
2. 108學年度開始實施租用一學年。
3. 院研究室空間有限,出國交換同學或不需要使用的同學,請勿申請,把位子留給需要的人。

1. Please do not exchange or rent out seats. If so, original applicants are fully responsible.
2. The renting period of seats in CIA research rooms is one academic year.
3. Considering the limited number of seats in our college’s research rooms, for those who will go abroad for exchange study or will not use it, please do not apply for seats and be kind to save seats for people who need it.
