馮儒莎博士 (Dr. Zsuzsa Anna Ferenczy)現為比利時布魯塞爾自由大學兼任研究員、國立東華大學兼任助理教授，並擔任歐洲重要智庫「馬騰斯歐洲研究中心」訪問學者。2008至2020年間，她曾任歐洲議會政治顧問，專注於歐盟外交與安全政策及全球人權事務。近年來，馮教授聚焦歐盟與東南亞關係，其研究深入剖析印太地緣政治。本次演講將帶來她對印太局勢的精闢觀察，並為同學們呈現歐盟最新的印太政策發展。

Speaker: Dr. Zsuzsa Anna Ferenczy

Dr. Zsuzsa Anna Ferenczy is currently an Affiliated Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at National Dong Hwa University, and a Visiting Fellow at the influential European think tank, the Martens Centre. 
From 2008 to 2020, she served as a political advisor in the European Parliament, focusing on EU foreign and security policy as well as global human rights issues. In recent years, Dr. Ferenczy has concentrated on EU–Southeast Asia relations, offering in-depth analyses of Indo-Pacific geopolitics. In this lecture, she will share her insights into the evolving dynamics of the Indo-Pacific and present the latest developments in the EU’s Indo-Pacific strategy.
