國際事務學院研究室退租與鑰匙歸還 Move-Out and Returns Key

  1. 座位退租無特定手續,請自行於1101012日(二)前搬出完畢,逾期後仍無人認領,院辦公室得逕行清除該物品且不負保管責任。

No specific procedure for moving out. Please move out all the personal belongings by October 12 of 2021. After that, the remaining things would be at the disposal of Office of  College of International Affairs (OCIA)

  1. 鑰匙歸還將退還押金100元。若因故不克前來辦理的同學,可請人代辦並領取押金。

OCIA would reimburse NT$100 deposit for key rental after receiving your key. If you could not return it in person, please ask a proxy to come and process it for you.

國際事務學院研究室座位申請Application for Seats in CIA Research Rooms

為簡便流程,本學期採用網路填表申請,擬申請研究室同學請於108日(五)前線上填寫表單

In order to make the procedure as simple as possible, the application would be submitted online this semester. Please fill this form by Oct 8 (Fri).

因配合中央流行疫情指揮中心於110920日發布之指引,室內集會不得超過80人,且社交距離需維持與1.5公尺以上,並全程配戴口罩,本學期釋出之座位數量,將斟酌減半至40席,往後將視中央政府及學校防疫政策,做滾動式調整。

Due to the instructions by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention launched on September 20, 2021. The indoor gathering should be restricted to less than 80 people and the social distance should be more than 1.5 meters. Therefore, OCIA would release only 40 seats in the research rooms this semester and would adjust its policy if the epidemic control policies by CDC and NCCU changed.

國際事務學院研究室申請辦法Application Regulations

  分配優先辦法 

1.      博士生優先使用研究室,並以通過資格考之申請人為優先。若有剩餘座位,再開放予其餘博士生。

2.     博士生選位後,關於碩士生,則以通過論文大綱者為優先,再以年級高低依序分配。(如通過論文大綱的碩二生優先於未通過大綱之碩三生)。

3.      未曾獲配者為優先,依序分配(如獲配一次優先於獲配兩次)。

4.      依此順序分配而空間仍有不足時,採抽籤方式決定。

Priority Policy

1.      Doctoral students who already pass qualification test would be the first priority for the first run, the rest of doctoral students would be the second priority.

2.      Master students who pass proposal defense have 3rd priority. For the rest of master students, the higher a student’s grade year is, the more possibility to be registered he/ she would have.

3.      Students who had never obtained a seat in research rooms would have more chance to get one.

4.      If there are more applicants than the available seats, OCIA would conduct a lottery for seat allocation.

 

   申請分配程序

1.      10/8 () 23:59 以前線上填寫表單。表單將於10/8 () 23:59 關閉,請務必在期限前申請。

2.      10/13 () 12:00 公布中選名單(按照分配優先辦法)於國際事務學院網站。

3.      10/13 ()  14:00-17:00 - 10/18() 10:00- 12:00 , 14:00-17:00 請名單上同學至11樓院辦公室選位及繳費

5.      10/19 () - 10/22 ()  領取密碼與搬入 
請至https://moltke.nccu.edu.tw/sturegcert_SSO/列印當學期在學證明,連同借用申請表(附件)與全學年清潔費200元繳交至國際事務學院辦理租借手續,完成後便可開始搬遷。租借置物櫃鑰匙另需押金100元。

6.      未於10/22 ()12:00前內完成租借手續,位子將自動取消,並開始遞補。

 Application & Allocation Procedure

1.      10/8 (Fri) 23:59: Online application is due at 23:59 of 10/8 (Fri). Please submit the form before the deadline.

2.      10/13 (Wed) 12:00: Announcement for the list of the accepted students (according to priority policy) on OCIA website.

3.      10/13 (Wed) 14:00-17:00- 10/18 (Mon) 10:00- 12:00 , 14:00-17:00: Applicants on the list of the accpeted students should come to OCIA on 11F for seat selection and payment.

4.     10/19 (Tue) - 10/22 (Fri): Being informed of the password, and moving-in

Please print Certificate of Enrollment with the link : (https://moltke.nccu.edu.tw/sturegcert_SSO/) and submit it with application form (please find the attachment) and cleaning fee NT$200 to OCIA for renting procedure, then you could start move-in. Deposit for drawer key would be NT$100 if you would like to apply for it.

6.      If the applicant did not complete the renting procedure by 12:00 of 10/22 (Fri), the seat would be released for applicants on the waiting list.

代理選位規定

若是因公務/留學交換/實習等原因而不便本人前來辦理,煩請於10/13前以電子郵件提供佐證文件與受託人姓名,逾期恕不同意委託代理選位。證明文件可為邀請函/實習證明/機票等。請受託人攜帶學生證來辦公室參加第一次階段選位即可。

Regulations about Proxy

If you could not attend the first selection phase because of duties/internship/exchange program abroad, please email documents for proving the fact and the proxy’s name by October 13. The proof documents could be official invitations, certificate of internship or e-tickets. Your proxy needs to bring his/her student ID to attend the first selection phase on behalf of you.

其他注意事項 
1. 請勿更換位子或出借他人使用,日後若有財產損壞或遺失爭議,請自負全責。
2. 108學年度開始實施租用一學年。
3. 院研究室空間有限,出國交換同學或不需要使用的同學,請勿申請,把位子留給需要的人。本院將不定期審核研究室名單暨出入名單。

Other Reminders
1. Please do not exchange or rent out the seats. If any conflict about personal belongings happened, the applicants should be fully responsible.
2. The renting period of seats in CIA research rooms is one academic year.
3. Considering the limited number of seats in our research rooms, for those who would go abroad for exchange programs or would not use it, please do not apply for the seats and be kind to save the seats for those in need. OCIA would irregularly check the record of  presence with the list of the accepted students.
