Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 Seat Assignment Results and Selection Notice for CIA Graduate Research Rooms

本次申請人數共83人，開放選位80席，經抽籤排序，餘三名為備選。

I. Announcement of Successful Seat Applications

1. A total of 83 applications were received. Eighty seats were allocated, and the remaining three applicants were placed on the waiting list by lottery

二、租借流程

研究室正取選位：9/02(二) 14:00 - 9/05(五) 17:00請至國安專班辦公室選位、繳費、鑰匙租借；專班同學可於9/02(二)、9/04(四)晚上選位或個別來信洽詢。

1. 每日受理時間：9:00-12:00/14:00-17:00。

2. 持學生證、研究室申請表（系所核章）、清潔費200元與在學證明（需先註冊）繳交至國安專班辦公室確認身分簽到。

3. 選位：請至海報架座位圖簽上學號、並至助教旁座位圖簽上學號、姓名。

4. 租借置物櫃鑰匙另需押金100元，下學年歸還時請檢附收據退還押金。

★當學期在學證明可至NCCU首頁學生專區查詢，可手機出示或列印紙本。(任意門)

★部分置物櫃鑰匙已遺失，恕不提供租借置物櫃鑰匙。

II. Seat Selection for Successful Applicants:

From September 02(Tue), 14:00 to September 05(Fri), 17:00, please visit the NSMC office for seat selection, fee payment, and key rental. Students enrolled in the Executive Program may select seats on the evenings of September 02 and September 04, or contact the office via email for individual arrangements.

1. Daily Service Hours: 9:00-12:00 / 14:00-17:00.

2. Bring your student ID, research room application form (stamped by the department), a cleaning fee of NT$200, and proof of enrollment (must be registered) to the National Security Executive Program office for identity verification and check-in.

3. Seat Selection: Sign your student ID number on the seat map displayed on the bulletin board, and then sign your student ID number and name on the seat map next to the assistant.

4. An additional NT$100 deposit is required for the locker key rental. The deposit will be refunded when the locker key is returned at the end of the academic year with the receipt provided at the time of rental.

★Proof of enrollment for the current semester can be accessed via the NCCU student portal. You may either present it on your mobile device or print a hard copy. (Web Link)

★Some locker keys are missing for the following lockers. Keys for these lockers are not available for rental.
